French Polish is often used instead of a wood dye to recreate
that amber, high gloss appearance so typical of many period
antique finishes. French Polish is formulated using a
higher percentage of Gum Resin, offering a higher degree
of durability once applied. French Polish is similar in
texture, color and application as Button Polish.
