Product Guarantee:

Briwax products are fully guaranteed to be as stated. Briwax products are very high quality products and generally perform as such when used according to manufacturers recommendations. Briwax wax is often liquid in hot weather and this is not a defect, but an inherent trait of the wax blend.

Defective Briwax products will be replaced. Unused/unopened product can be returned for credit, excluding shipping costs. Liability as to performance is guaranteed to be as stated by sheets titled "Product Data", but limited to the cost of or replacement of the product. Sales Tax & Shipping Information:

Our software will automatically add 5% Maine sales tax to orders being shipping to Maine.

Shipping rates are as follows and will automatically be added to your order at checkout time:

• Orders totaling less than $7.60= $3.75
• Orders totaling between $7.60 & $8.99=$4.90
• Orders totaling between $9.00 & $13.99 = $5.90
• Orders totaling between $14.00 & $27.99 = $7.90
• Orders totaling between $28.00 & $44.99 = $8.90
• Orders totaling between $45.00 & $74.99 = $9.90
• Orders totaling $75.00 & $94.99 = $11.90
• Orders totaling $95.00 & $125.00 = $14.90
• Orders totaling $175.00 & Over = $18.90
• Your shipping cost is capped at $18.90 No additional shipping beyond the $18.90 will be charged for orders over $175.00

Hawaii & Alaska require an additional charge to these rates and it will be added to the order automatically when we pack the order. We will do this automatically and forward your shipment on ASAP. If you want to know before shipping please say so in the remarks field of the order form. The amount is not usually substantial, but is dependant on the weight. Our experience tells us that customers in these areas understand and know, so we will ship your order ASAP unless you tell us different. Thank you for your business.

Returns:

Please check your merchandise upon receipt of shipment.

Returns for full refund due to errors (Briwax-Online's or the customer's), defective merchandise or other problems must be accomplished within 21 days of your purchase. This is only reasonable, and is meant to be a reasonable policy for both Briwax-Online and the customer. Cost of return shipping will be paid by Briwax-Online if the error is ours; the customer will pay return shipping if the error is theirs.

Returns from 21 days to 45 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs to be paid by the customer, no matter whose error, even when damage was not discovered in the 21 day period.

It is also not unusual for there to be slight leakage, although we take many precautions against this. This in no way diminishes the value of the product, unless the leakage is unreasonable.

Returns over 45 days are subject to our approval and a 40% restocking fee.

Our return policy is not to discourage you from purchasing, it is to encourage you to check your merchandise on receipt. 99.99% of all orders are A-OK, but returning product that is not needed months later is difficult to deal with. Check your purchase against your actual order for color, sizes, and project requirements ASAP after receipt of shipment. Thank you.
